I have been counseling families and individuals dealing with the disease of alcoholism, drug addiction, and codependency since 1993. In addition to my professional training, I have over 23 years of recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction.

How is Recovery Coaching different from Counseling?
You'll find that it's quite different from therapy. While counseling and therapy may focus on the past in order to treat addictions, coaching focuses on building forward movement for people in recovery who are ready to care for themselves in a new way.

It's a goal beyond sobriety to a higher level of fulfillment and a better quality of life.
