Individual
Therapy for individuals is designed to educate and challenge people to stop their use and abuse of alcohol and drugs. My services help people repair their lives once they are no longer using drugs and alcohol.

Continuing Care
Statistics indicate that the longer a person stays in treatment the better their chance to avoid relapse. Individual and Group counseling is designed to support ongoing recovery. Continuing care offers assistance to develop healthy ways to deal with day to day issues of being drug and alcohol free.

Relapse Prevention
I have extensive experience with relapse prevention treatment and use state of the art, proven techniques to assist you in avoiding relapse.

Adolescent Abuse and Addiction Treatment
Adolescent abuse of alcohol and drugs presents unique challenges that are best met by a combination of approaches. I emphasize education for the abuser and the family members.

Interventions
Planning, structuring and facilitating intervention strategies as well as information and recommended treatment placement are an integral part of my counseling services.

Codependency Groups
Designed for spouses and family members of an addicted person, these groups provide skills to understand the complicated and vital role in the support of recovery. The emotional dependency and well-being of spouses and family members is addressed as a means of stopping the far reaching impact of addiction.

Couples in Recovery
I counsel and support couples and partners who are committed to each other, the health of their relationship, and the process of recovery.

Beyond Recovery Group
This unique program is for individuals who want to further explore how to have healthy, successful relationships, better family dynamics and a plan for the rest of their life. Topics include identifying self-sabotage, rebuilding a stronger sense of self and self-esteem, and creating a vision for a better life.

Substance Abuse Professional
I meet Dept. of Transportation requirements to perform Substance Abuse Proffesional (SAP) duties, including assessment, referral, follow up, return to duty, and training.
